Top Men in Digital was created in 2018 to recognize men doing great work to for personal, industry and community growth. The inaugural 25 top men in digital announcement was done on 23rd November 2018 in Nairobi. The recognition created need to create capacity for men to grow, intensify impact and create a pipeline of men in Digital.

Charles is an experienced telecommunications Commercial Leader currently working at Safaricom PLC Ethiopia as the Chief Consumer Officer. He has over 19 years commercial experience gained working with over 17 geographies across Sub Saharan Africa. His immense experience and passion in Telcos have seen him work for the leading Telecommunication companies in the region. Before Moving to Ethiopia, he was the Safaricom PLC Consumer business unit Director and head of Consumer segment. He also worked at Airtel Kenya as the Marketing manager where he led the team from product focused to consumer centric.

Christopher Madison is the CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Kenya. Dentsu is an international advertising and public relations joint stock company with more than 60,000 professionals in over 145 countries and regions. He is responsible for Implementing the company's growth strategy by establishing strategic partnerships and industry collaborations. He was also instrumental in the launch and integration of three additional agencies into the multi-disciplinary advertising network.Christopher unmatched commitment to results based digital marketing models has seen Dentsu attract some of the biggest brands in the country.

John is a researcher and consultant on technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He works closely with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations scoping the underlying conditions for implementation of the digital village initiative in Kenya. He is also a researcher at the University of Nairobi where he is investigating the impediments to digitization of agriculture and development of agriculture marketplaces and value ecosystems. He is also ICT and Data Management Consultant at CGIAR Advisory Services that comprise the Independent Science for Development Council (ISDC), the Standing Panel on Impact Assessment (SPIA).

Tonnie is the Founder of BIZNA a digital communications and marketing services business that provides marketing and enterprise development services to SMEs through marketing content, Entrepreneurship Awards and thought leadership initiatives that recognize, showcase and celebrate successful small businesses in Kenya. Tonnie has utilized online platforms to create entrepreneurship capacity building and mentorship communities that equip entrepreneurs with the right knowledge and skills. He recently created the BizTalks a weekly virtual thought leadership event that interviews experienced and successful entrepreneurs.

As the Head of Marketing at ROAM (Ringier One Africa Media) Eric translates business targets into tactical marketing strategies, actions and drive all marketing goals for the Horizontal market. He is involved in different youth mentorship programs that have seen ROAM brands connect and mentor students in institutions of higher learning and at the same time provide job opportunities for the youth. He previously worked at The Advertising Company (TAC) as the Head of Digital Marketing & Advertising responsible for development and execution of seamless online and offline marketing strategies for clients' marketing and communication goals.

Mugambi is a blind innovator who has extensively championed the linkage and inclusion of disabled people in the digital technology space. He works at K- Macho on part time basis as the head of innovation involved in strategy development, industry collaborations and digital contributions to sustainable development goals. He is also the Global Volunteer Advisor at Billion Strong where he Supports organization’s focused on persons with disabilities. Mugambi is the Senior Inclusive Disability Advisor at disability sausage media & Consultancy where he is involved in Policy and research think tank in Humanitarian and development spheres, technical support in inclusive programming and project cycle management.
